Portrait of Mother. No. 3, January 1, 2013

My mother passed away December 24, 2012. She was 85. I visited her in November to say good bye with love. I started a series of portraits of her in tribute to her inspiration. They are from my memories of her, during the November visit.  This is portrait number 3, January 1, 2013. Oil on canvas, 12x11".
