Go Forth Painting Exhibited at High Line Open Studios 2010 Preview Exhibition
Artist Scotto Mycklebust 's "GO FORTH" painting was exhibited at the High Line Open Studios 2010 preview exhibition. The exhibit was held October 14- 17, 2010 at the West Chelsea Art Building, Gallery 5G. The exhibition was in conjunction which the West Chelsea Art District's fall preview art event, High Line Open Studios 2010.
The painting was created for the exhibition, the paint was still wet on the canvas at hanging. The painting is for sale and available at the Open Studios sale discount rate. New Painting Started Today - Levis- For Us Painting
I started working on a new painting today, the working title is Levis - For US. It is a drawing and found Levis ad poster on canvas. The drawing is from a Guggenheim drawing studies sketch pad. This is compositional studies for the painting, which I will start painting tomorrow.

Perfume Ad Painting, Part of the "Super Size Paintings" Series
This is the second painting for the "Super Size" series which I am currently working on. It is 84x75", oil and digital prints on paper mounted on canvas.
2nd State of the Untitled Christ Painting
I continue to work on this new painting. It's the first painting in a series of "Super Size Paintings". The series includes very large canvases. I am planning to do a series of 10 works, I am looking for gallery venue to show the completed series of 10 paintings. This canvas is 83.75 x 73.75".
